Step 1 of 7

Mission Control

Start every morning here. One screen says how agents got on with your site this week: traffic, readiness, test results, revenue from AI, and the one thing to do next.

Agent requests, 7 days18,420+34%
Genuine agents91%1,450 impostor requests
AgentScore71+6 this month
Revenue from AI, 30 days$12,480+18%
Do this next: your checkout test is failing

A cookie banner covers the “Checkout” button, so agents can fill a cart but can't pay. Usually fixed by your web team in hours.

Agent traffic

Every request from AI agents and crawlers, read from your CDN logs. Analytics tags never see these visitors because they don't run JavaScript. Here you see who came, what they read and what your site sent back.

Step 3 of 7

Verification

Not every “Googlebot” is Google. Each request that claims a known agent is checked against the IP ranges and DNS its operator publishes. Impostors get a ready-made block rule.

Requests that were genuine

91%of 15,980

Names being faked most

  • “Googlebot” 1,240 impostor requests
  • “GPTBot” 210
  • “ClaudeBot” can't tell: no published ranges

The fake Googlebot comes from hosting providers and reads only prices and stock: a competitor's scraper.

Step 4 of 7

Ghost Agents

A real AI agent tries your checkout every day, three times, and records every step. This morning it failed: the replay shows exactly where and why.

Goal: “Find a men's trail running shoe in size 10 under $150, add it to the cart and get to the payment page.”

  1. 1Opened the home page
  2. 2Searched “trail running shoe”
  3. 3Opened Trail Runner X, $139
  4. 4Chose size 10
  5. 5Added to cart
  6. 6Couldn't press “Checkout”: a cookie banner covers it

Agent's reasoning at step 6: “The Checkout button is under a fixed banner. The banner's buttons have no accessible names, so I can't tell which one dismisses it.”

Step 5 of 7

AgentScore

How well agents can get in, read and use the site, out of 100, with every finding explained in plain English and ranked by impact.

Step 7 of 7

Revenue

Orders from people an AI assistant sent, and orders agents placed themselves, from your store's order data. This is the number leadership asks for.

Revenue from AI, 30 days$12,480+18%
From AI referrals$9,860142 orders
Orders agents placed$2,62019 orders

Revenue by assistant

  • ChatGPT$7,240
  • Perplexity$2,610
  • Claude$1,640
  • Copilot$990

Fix the checkout banner and agents that reach the cart can finish: at this month's rate, that's worth about $1,900 a month.
