Pricing questions
What do I pay during early access?
Nothing. Every account is free while Ghost Agent Labs is in early access. These are the plans we'll offer at public launch, and we'll tell you before any plan starts charging.
What counts as a log request?
One line in the server or CDN logs you send us: a page, image or API call, from people and agents alike. We need the whole log to tell agents apart from people and to spot fake agents.
What is a Ghost Agent run?
One attempt by a real AI agent to finish one journey on your site, such as search, sign-up or checkout. A test that runs three times to check the result is consistent counts as three runs. A daily checkout test uses about 30 runs a month.
What happens if I go over my plan?
Your Team page shows your usage and warns you at 80%. Extra log requests cost $5 per million and extra Ghost Agent runs cost $0.15 each, or you can move up a plan.
Is AgentScore still free?
Yes. Anyone can test a site with AgentScore without an account. Plans add monitoring, scheduled Ghost Agent tests, alerts and history.
Will Ghost Agents place orders on my site?
No. They stop when they reach a payment form, never enter card details, and refuse buttons that place orders, pay, or delete or cancel accounts. More about Ghost Agents.
Is there a discount for Ghost Inspector customers?
Yes. Ghost Inspector customers get 20% off any paid Ghost Agent Labs plan. Ghost Inspector tests your journeys for people; Ghost Agent Labs tests them for agents.
