For leadership

Know whether AI agents are helping the business

Customers are starting to ask AI assistants to research, compare and buy for them. When an assistant can't get into your site, read your prices or finish a purchase, it recommends someone else, and the lost customer never shows up in your reports. Ghost Agent Lab gives you the number, the risk and the plan, in words a board understands.

Five questions this answers for you

Where do we stand?

One AgentScore out of 100 for each site, split into Access, Readability, Navigability and Task completion, and how you compare with other sites we've scanned.

Can agents buy from us?

Whether real AI agents can finish your most important journey, such as checkout or sign-up, tested on a schedule, not assumed.

Is it worth anything?

Revenue from people an AI answer sent, and orders AI agents placed themselves, once your store's orders are connected (Growth plan and above).

Are we being misquoted?

Whether AI assistants name you when customers ask, and who they name instead, with AI visibility (beta).

Who's fixing what?

One ranked list of fixes, each with who usually does it and how long it takes, and every shipped fix re-tested.

What's the risk?

Bot protection that turns assistants away, impostors pretending to be AI agents, and the agent visits your analytics can't see.

FAQ

Questions

Why should leadership care about AI agents now?

AI agents already visit websites for people, and you can see it in your own logs. Nobody knows how fast it will grow, which is a reason to be ready cheaply now. Much of the work also improves accessibility, search and site quality, so it isn't a bet on one trend.

Can you prove how much revenue agent readiness brings in?

We count revenue from AI referrals and orders agents placed, once your orders are connected. What usually can't be proven is exactly how much of that a single fix produced, and we won't pretend otherwise. You can show the trend: more agents getting through, more journeys passing, more AI-referred orders.

Does letting AI agents in open us up to bad bots?

Not if it's done properly. We check every request that claims to be a known agent against the addresses its operator publishes, so you can let in the agents you want and keep blocking impostors.

Who on my team should run this?

Usually your e-commerce or digital lead, with help from marketing, developers and whoever runs bot protection. Who owns agent readiness? shows how to split it.
