What you need

  • A Slack incoming webhook URL for the channel
  • Permission to manage alerts on the site

How to connect it

  1. In Slack, create an incoming webhook for the channel that should get alerts, and copy its URL.
  2. In Ghost Agent Lab, open the site's Alerts page, add a channel and choose Slack.
  3. Paste the webhook URL, choose which severities the channel gets, and save. We send a test alert straight away.
