WebMCP
A proposal for offering those same tools from inside your web pages, so a browser agent can call them while it's on your site. See MCP and WebMCP.
Why it matters
WebMCP would let browser agents use the same reliable tools while they're on your pages, instead of guessing which buttons to press. It's still a proposal, so treat it as something to watch rather than build for today. If your platform or developers already offer MCP tools, keep an eye on how this develops.
