Glossary · Measuring it
Run and pass rate
A run is one attempt by one agent at a journey. AI agents don't behave the same way every time, so journeys are tried several times, and the pass rate is the share of runs that succeed.
Why it matters
Because AI agents don't do things exactly the same way twice, one successful try doesn't prove much. A pass rate across several runs tells you how reliably agents can complete a journey, which is what matters for revenue. Watch it over time: a falling pass rate is an early warning that something on the site has changed.
